The school provides admissions as per CBSE norms. Direct admission is provided upto class third subject to the availability of seats. For class forth onwards a written examination and interview are held in the months of March and April.

S.P. Jain Gurukul Trust organizes entrance exam in the month of November for its hostel where Jain boys from class VI onwards are provided lodging and boarding to study in Gyanodaya.

The new hostel complex is under construction on an acre of land just behind the school building.

Admission policy

Registration:- Advance registration is open throughout the year for all classes. Registration number can be obtained by simply applying on the prescribed form with a non-refundable fees of Rs. 100=00. Students can either download from our websitewww.gurukulkhurai.com or can obtain by post for which postal charges of Rs. 25=00 will be charged extra.

Admission:- Admission in classes V, VI, IX and XI is open from 1st day of January to 31st day of July of the session in which admission is sought , will be given to the candidates who qualify in entrance exams and viva, subject to the availability of seats. Rejection of any admission a grant of admission is solely the discretion of the school.

Entrance exam for any class will be based on the previous class standard to test the general intelligence, command over language and awareness of the child. Single question paper of 1 hour 30 minutes containing questions from all subjects will be offered to answer. Normally dates for entrance exams will be given on admission forms.

Students seeking admission for the first time registration of their life i.e. in nursery class will have to submit attested copy of birth certificate issued by competent authority along with two passport size photographs with the admission form.

1. Valid original transfer certificate of previous school , counter signed by block education officer in case block is changed / district education officer in case district / state is changed.
   
2. Migration & eligibility certificate original (in case state / board is changed.)
   
3. Marksheet (attested copy)
   
4. Caste certificate (S.T./S.C./O.B.C./Minority which ever is applicable)
   
5. Certificate of handicapped. (if applicable)
   
6. Attested copy of last board exam given.

1. 1. Do not use short forms.
   
2. Spellings/names filled in the form must be same as that given on marksheet of previous class last board exam and T.C.
3. If the child is admitted for the first time his/her name should be given only after it is confirmed. Once the child is admitted his/her name will not be changed.
   

1. A month's notice i.e. 30 days, is required before the withdrawal
2. Notice of withdrawal should be given in writing to the school office by the parents/guardian, and not by the student themselves.
3. The school fee for the current term and any other dues, if any, will have to be paid before the T.C is issued.
4. If any student remains absent from school for a period of 10 days or more without any application for leave duly signed by his/her parents/guardian and approved by the Principal, the school reserves the right to strike his/her name off the school rolls.
5. The school reserves the right in their sole discretions to relax any of the above rules or requirements, in this regard the decision of the management shall be final and binding on all concerned, and right shall not accrue in favour of any other persons on that account.
6. Caution money will be refunded only after 3 months from the date of T.C after deducting all dues. If refunded is not taken within 24 Months, caution money will lapse.
